Coca cola - Kinley distribution network in Bangalore if of the poorest quality

Kinley 25ltr refills
Coca-Cola & South India Beverages
Bangalore,
IN

It is a nightmare ever since I decided to go for Kinley water, ONE yr ago, for house consumption. It is unbelievable that a company like Coca-Cola has such a rotten distribution network. The distributor is total nincompoop.

I was told that they would require 24 hrs between placing a refill request to refill arrival. It has never arrived the next day as promised and always needs atleast 2-3 reminder calls for it to arrive after 2/3 days. Each time they promise it would arrive by eod. We have wasted evenings waiting for water to arrive.

South India beverages are supposedly the distributor. We will have to take some stern actions if this is not corrected. If there is someone falling sick due to this negligence and apathy the consumer courts will be moved.

We are facing the same problem since Feb 2009 and no resolution still. Coco Cola's drinking water brand Kinley has screwed up its market very very badly in Bangalore, by mis-handling and mis-informing the crisis and they have stopped supplies of Kinley 20/25 ltrs jars since more than 5 months. Our office has 10 jars and we are suppose to get the jar's deposit refund of INR 5,000/-(INR 500/- per jar). Every customer has suffered (being a essential everyday commodity for survival) without any supplies or intimation for months. Every time we call Coco Cola's office ( Hindustan cococola Beverages Ltd., Bangalore) we are promised that in 2-3 hrs some one will definitely come and refund the amount, we have called and spoken to the manager of Kinley refunds at least 20 times and there is no sign of the refund but only promises everytime. Kinley had taken the customers for a ride, evading responsibilities, ill-treating and harassing the customers.

At this rate how can we trust cocola as a brand, a global giant and being one of the biggest MNCs cannot so badly handle a crisis and take so long, this is not at all how one of the worlds biggest MNC should act. First of all if they cannot handle a simple task of packaged water logistics, they should not be in business. Its a sheer shame and how can any one trust cococola as a brand any more. At this rate and with this attitude and behaviour pattern, it will not be a surprise if in the future with their management attitude and business commitment attitude, if cococola drives themselves into a very big disaster by harming/killing people with its products, similar to a crisis like the - Bhopal gas tragedy or Enron or Auther Andersen or Chernobyl disaster...then it would be too late!!!!!! think about it!!!!!!!!??????.

We as a business house have totally lost trust and faith in cococola due to the length of time taken to manage

a small issue, defficiency of service, non-responsiveness, mental harassement, refund frauds amounting to crime etc., hence we have taken a decision that cococola cannot be trusted with their products or services any more, therefore we have banned using any cococola products in any of my offices or group companies. Even when our customers visit our office and ask for coke we serve them Pepsi instead, saying we cannot guarantee coco-cola's services or products.

We have decided not to associate or risk our lives with such a careless, negligent, irresponsible, unaccountable and dastardly global brand.
