Bad machines

The office staff for which i work ordered what this gentleman insisted was a copier in "good shape". the freight company dispatcher and driver has a nasty attitude and lied about confirming the delivery; then they delivered 3 days late, a service that we paid $450 for. then the copier was missing screws; made horrible noises; and this gentleman, DANIEL, never called me back when i asked him why the copier was in those conditions. we called a technician, and no sharp office systems dealer will give this thing a maintenance contract because it is 8 YEARS OLD and parts are obsolete after 10 years!!! god knows how long these copiers are sitting in his warehouse, and he will claim constantly they are tested by technicians! if HIS TECHNICIANS knew what they were doing they would advise him not to sell these pieces of crap machines.
