Unavailability of Replacement Parts

Corby Trouser Press is manufactured in England and sold in the US through a distributor. I purchased 2 several years ago for well over $100 each - and they worked fine. They both now need some replacement parts because of wear and tear and the US Distributor does not supply them and the British Manufacturer does not respond to emails. I suggest that nobody purchase that product because of this.
