Costumer history not considered by Chase Card Services

The United Visa Mileage Plus credit card has been for me a good service, to which I respond with my on time payments during more than 8 years, it was last month that the full payment check dated and mailed on time was cashed by Chase Card services two days before to charge a late fee. I consider it as a lack of respect to the customer prestige, and no consideration to the loyal customer with outstanding balances paid in full and on time on normal basis. Result: they lost a client, a customer since they were unable to differentiate between date, numerical figures and costumers. I want to declare that neither the corresponding telephone "customer service"(?) by the name of "Madeleine"nor "her supervisor" by the name "Kamal" on 8-6-08 at about 5 PM EDT were kind enough to satisfy the customer request
