Adobe Photoshop CS3 upgrade is epic failure

Bought Adobe Creative Suite about a year ago. Decided to upgrade Photoshop from CS to CS3. Tried to contact a supervisor but was finally hung up on after being on hold for 20 minutes.

They wouldn't let me upgrade my version of Photoshop CS to CS3 because it came as part of Create Suite.

Even though the CS in Photoshop CS STANDS FOR CREATIVE SUITE.

Even though Photoshop CS = Photoshop CS regardless of what suite it came with.

Even though the website doesn't specifically state that when they say Photoshop CS, they're actually talking about the standalone version.

Even though they'll make more money by letting me upgrade each piece separately.

This is like going to your car dealer and saying "I'd like to upgrade the wheels on my car" only to have them tell you "You can't upgrade those wheels because they came as part of the car. If you had bought the wheels by themselves we could sell you new ones."

I'm attempting to call again. So far, this has wasted almost 2 hours of my time.
