two bedroom/1 car garage

The garage is 4 feet shorter than any other model that Hannity Homes has built, resulting in non use of the garage as a garage. The garage measures out to 14x18 but 3 ft is being use for the a/c handler & return, resulting in 15 ft for a vehicle. All other 1 car garages on their web site measures 14x22.This is clearly an error that the builder should recoginize and correct at their cost. This was reported the morning of July 9, 2008. I closed on the house on July 8 20008 @ 2:00 pm
