Sears Service Down the Drain
|
Refrigerator Sears US www.Sears.com By me saying Sears down the drain, I really mean Sears is loosing the customer satisfaction guarantee policy. I bought a Kenmore refrigerator and is still covered under a Master Protection Agreement. My refrigerator hasn't been working since Sunday morning and had to throw away hundreds of dollars worth of spoiled food. This food will not be covered under my master protection agreement because before throwing it away I didn't take any pictures. I should have put it in garbage bags and brought directly to a Sears store but I didnt. Anyway when I called for service the lady that answer the phone (big mistake not to get her name) told me that there was no opening for Monday, August 4th but I was scheduled for Tuesday, August 5th. I really don't understand how they can change their schedule but when I called this morning to confirm my appointment I was told that my appointment was scheduled for Wednesday, August 13th. There is something wrong here. It was scheduled for Tuesday and now it's scheduled for Wednesday and a week later no less? How can this happen. Anyway it's 90 degrees outside and with 3 small children I ended up not having a refrigerator for one week and half. What happened to the fast service that they used to provide? We know what Sears is doing... cutting costs on salaries but what happens to the service?
