5610d-1 IN Date: 15.08.2008 (Sub: Request to replace the present defective Nokia handset with a new one.) Dear Sir, I had purchased Nokia Handset (Model Name - 5610d-1, ESN/IMEI NUMBER– 358652013727066, on 25.02.2008 from The Mobile Store, Jayanagar Extension, Bangalore. Since June the handset is showing the frequent problem of sudden switching off and also the panel slider has become loose. I've given this handset to Nokia service centre (Nokia Care) at Jayanagar, 4th Block, Bangalore, but the problem still persists and the panel slider is not changed yet due to the non-availability of that part in the respective Nokia Care Centre. Now it's been quite a long time that i've been going to the centre but in vain. It's really problematic and very tiring for me to go to the shop. Every time the personnel in the service centre asks me come back in a week, but no action is being taken. Due to repetition of this problem, I request you to kindly change the present handset with a new one for your customer satisfaction. I hope this letter will be addressed promptly and my problem will be resolved within 7 days of time span.
