Deficiency in service in Aquaguard repair

We entered into AMC for our home Aquaguard water purifier system on 25 May 06 for two years valid till 25 May 08. We paid Rs 1635/- vide reciept No. 13130864. We were told that our system will be serviced minimun three time in a year and the service will be provided automatically. But after taking money they never came. After making at least 50 calls they service it only once last year.

We have put a complaint for servicing the system on 21 July 08 with complaint No. 51433823. No one has come for servicing despite our numerous calls to them at Tele No. 39883333 which apears to be their service No. This is simply atrocious and criminal proceedings need to be initiated against the culprits.
