Cell Phone Services Family Plan
US

I have had a family plan with Cingular/AT&T for about 4 Years. I normally wouldn't have any problems, but for the past 2 months I have been receiving a bill that goes way over what I usually pay. I currently bought 2 new phones a: Pantech Duo and a VU. I receive done of the bills and it was over $400 dollars (I normally pay $160). I have 4 lines in the plan with unlimited txt messages. I called to ask why I was being charged all that money and they told me that I have been using the internet in one of the phones (the Pantech Duo). I checked the phone and the History of the Internet that was being "used", but that only showed the homepage. Now I understand that sometimes you can accidentally click on the internet and take it of quick, but those only take up a few cents. How is it that they charged me about 200+ dollars of internet that hasn't been used? I called to see if they had any record of what was being accessed while that phone was using the internet or what could have been bought, but they said they only had the information they send me on my bill. Now the problem is with either the phone or the company, because I am sure I havent been using the internet knowingly. I currently found out that if you accidentally click on the internet and take it of right away it doesnt stop the internet access. In the place were it shows the wireless manager instead of saying that the phone is on or off it says Media Net, but it doesnt always do that. Now the first time I called they told me that I couldnt cancel the internet access because my plan had unlimited text messages which include unlimited picture messages. And in order to receive picture massages you needed the internet. I asked if I could cancel both picture massages and the internet only keeping txt massages, and the plain answer was no. The day after I called again and a different operator answered I asked the same question and they said yes. Now why was it that the first operator said no? I am going to try my hardest to solve this problem. If you have any suggestions for me please contact me.
