nokia 2600 -c, dead after app. 45 days of purchase

sir,i am badly dissapointed after purchasing your product 2600-c, from bathinda(pb) as it was dead after 45 days only of its purchase . i contacted you as well as nokia care m/s hindtel, and they suggested it will take app 30 days to get it repaired from delhi, i gave them the set on10/07/08 ESN NO 353521021777576, JOB SHEET NO 076434038/080712/41,. after ur intervention they gave some nokia 1200 not in a good working to use

NOW AFTER 25 DAYS I WAS INFORMED THAT UR SET GOT REPAIRED, PLS COLLECT. I WENT TO HINDTEL TO COLLECT THE SAME. THEY GAVE THE SET . AFTER RETURNING to home as battery was at my residence, i was again shocked when found that set was still dead, i again went to hindtel and informed. they replied as the person who went delhi to collect is not here ,you give us the set and come after one hour. i refused because i have 3 cells with me and i cont manage without any of them they gave again a set, after 4 hours when i reached they replied ur 2600 is dead we ll take it to delhi again. pls reply followings

1.after 26 days when u could nt repair, why should i send it again.

2 why should i take repaired set, when i had payed for new one.

3 why should i not ask for my money back as your product are of not appropriate standard today

4. why should i not go cosumer court to get the justice ?

5 why was panalised for one month.
