World Art Glass Quarterly Magazine

Paid $93 on 10/29/07 for 3 year subscription, including 4 back issues. Never received anything. Was told in April that all would be mailed in May. Nothing ever received - no answers to emails or phone messages left. Finally on 7/14 I heard from Curt Walton who stated that issues WERE mailed in November but my money would be returned within 30 days. No money received. No comment about it from them. No answers to my emails.
