Samsung poor product and poor service.

Bought an entire kitchen full of replacement appliances ie range, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher costing several thousand dollars on 3/1/08. Dishwasher quit working mid July. Requested service and Samsung sent a service tech. They found the pump had quit working and ordered a replacement. That has been over 6 weeks ago. I contacted Samsung and requested the replacement part or a replacement dishwasher. Was treated rudely and given no satisfaction. Advised if not taken care of I would file complaint to Better Business Bureau. Was told to do whatever I felt necessary. Very arrogant and uncaring company and the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I would never buy anything else from this company and suggest no one else do so either.
