Samsung poor product and poor service.

Dishwasher Samsung various, va various US www.samsung.com Bought an entire kitchen full of replacement appliances ie range, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher costing several thousand dollars on 3/1/08. Dishwasher quit working mid July. Requested service and Samsung sent a service tech. They found the pump had quit working and ordered a replacement. That has been over 6 weeks ago. I contacted Samsung and requested the replacement part or a replacement dishwasher. Was treated rudely and given no satisfaction. Advised if not taken care of I would file complaint to Better Business Bureau. Was told to do whatever I felt necessary. Very arrogant and uncaring company and the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I would never buy anything else from this company and suggest no one else do so either.
