Currys - delivery of a cooker
|
Hotpoint HW17-G1K D Currys Building 2 Maylands Avenue Hemel Hempstead , He HP2 7TG GB www.currys.co.uk I ordered a cooker from Currys, so be delivered to my address, which is a flat in a block. Currys had ordered me the wrong type of cooker for a flat and so, on the day it was to be delivered, I got a call saying it can't be delivered. I was leaving the country in 3 days' time and so now have had to try to deal with this remotely. I ordered another one, to be delivered to my sub-tenants, and this was apparently out of stock. I cancelled this and made a fresh order on 22 July 2008 in a third attempt of obtaining a cooker from Currys. As I am out of the country, they are refusing to deal first with my estate agent and now with the sub-tenant, even though I have given them my contact details to ring me if they want to and have emailed them several times with all the details. I am unable to call them on their 08 number (the only one available to contact them on) from where I am in the Caribbean and so I have paid for a cooker that they are refusing to deliver. This is now urgent as my sub-tenants need to get the new cooker and have the old one taken away. I have also paid the fee for them to do this when delivering the cooker. If anyone can help get this job done please let me know. From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Sunday, 31-Aug-08 14:51:34 CDT Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This |
