BROOKSTONE ERGO LOUNGERS

I bought 2 Ergo Loungers from Brookstone online. They were shipped after 4/28/08. May and June were very cold months in Oakland so I used one lounger in July and August. The lounger broke while I was face down on it 2 weeks ago. I called Brookstone today. They refuse to refund my money, based on a 30-day warranty. They said they will exchange the loungers, but the 30 day warranty goes back to my original purchase date, not the replacement date! Essentially NO WARRANTY on the replacement. One of the loungers has not been used and is in its original crating. I paid $425.13 for both loungers. I don't want the same defective merchandise with no warranty.
