won't honor advertised price

saw hp comp pkg online weekly ad @circuitcity.com for $549.98. went to local store was unavail. was told to call and order. tried to but was told by supervisor that could not honor that pkg price and wanted me to pay $700 for same pkg plus printer. Do not think fair since circuit cty policy posted in store states if we don't have item in store can order it. Well maybe so but won't get the same advertised price! How can you advertise a price and then not honor it. Was not even offered any resonable resolution by supervisor basically sorry, can't help you. This was a supervior. Guess this store really doesn't hold customer service high on their list. Those of you who follow the weekly sales ad-beware!!!
