WesternSchools.com Is Just Happy With Spamming Me Forever!

Over a year ago I singed up for a service through Westernschools.com. I had forgotten I had an account, until they sent me a notice that my service was going to be shut off. So I just informed them to turn it off and to remove me from their mailing list. They agreed. A month later I was sent more email from them. So I again asked to be removed, I also went through the Unsubscribing process again. Then more email came in. Then more and more. This is now going on several months later and they have NEVER honored my requests to be left alone. They ignore my emails, and never seem to be on the office to answer the phone. When I block the emails, it just shows up as something else. So as I warned them months ago, I am finally reporting their email as spam. I have never had a company blatantly ignore my pleas to be Unsubscribed for such a long time. Normally if I remove myself once, that is enough. But since WesternSchools.com seems totally and completely uncaring that I wish to NOT be Emailed! I now have no other choice but to file complaints. I have been through ever other means possible, and have been very patient. But this has got to stop A.S.A.P!

(((UPDATE: 9/9/2008. I received more spam from Western Schools today. It somehow got passed my Gmail spam filter. After I filed these complaints; I forwarded them to their customerservice AT westernschools.com email address. Thinking maybe, just maybe they would leave me alone. Didn't happen! If I can't block the spam because it gets past the filters, and I can't get these people to leave me alone; what else can I do? They don't answer their phone or reply to emails. I even sent emails from different email addresses that had nothing to do with my request, and they didn't reply to those either. It seems like this is truly a criminal company. They want money, and offer nothing beyond that. I guess I will just have to keep filing complaints with the FCC and FTC. I only want to file complaints when I tried everything else, and I think a complaint might work. But when your dealing with True CRIMINALS; what other methods can I use?)))
