Audi A4 West Coast Car Company 220 Auto Drive Boise,ID 83709 Boise, Id 83709 US west-coast-car-company.ebizautos.com I purchased a vehicle from West Coast car company on July 21st, 2008- a nice vehicle... Audi A4. Four days after purchasing the car, it broke down and had to be towed out of my driveway. The car company "said" they fixed the mistake. They offered me no compensation for the inconvenience. The car broke down AGAIN 4 weeks later and had to be towed AGAIN out of my driveway. They offered me no compensation for anything! In fact they told me they would work with me, but I found out later (from the finance company) they were only delaying me until they were sure the financing went through, so they could tell me I was stuck with the car. Furthermore, in the written sale contract of the vehicle they agreed to repair an outlet in the vehicle within 3 to 4 days after the purchase. Six weeks later....they never made the repair, never called to make arrangements to make the repair. Once again offered no compensation for any of my troubles with ANYTHING. Without a doubt this was the WORST car company I have ever dealt with. They were unprofessional, rude, and full of lies. When I called them they said they were on the phone with the owner (at that moment) about MY issue, found out later the owner was never involved. Their ethics should be an issue and I would NOT recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle from these people. I had decided to wait a few weeks before I would start taking action. I was hoping they would redeem themselves. Of course, they didn't. So far, everyone we know is very aware of this company and are actively spreading the word. Next is, the BBB and making sure anyone online is aware. If I never get compensation from this vehicle, then I at least hope to actively make sure anyone and everyone will know to stay away from West Coast Car Company. To be continued......
