Moved to Chicago for 1 year June 2007, had service with Comcast for internet and cable. Service was poor at best, often signal was lost, internet needed constant re-booting of modem. Regardless, we moved and returned our equipment. A week later we were billed for a cable box sent to the apartment in 2005. We contested the bill, were met with resistance regarding the wrongful billing. After another week, we got to an employee who opened a ticket. In the mean time, I have been harrassed at work with collection phone calls and spent over 6 hours explaining on the phone my situation. I have phone bill charges as a result and spent much time trying to even get them to change my phone number to the appropriate new number. Of which, we are still struggling with. Use Comcast at your own risk.
