icici creditcard

I've not filled any form for credit card and not received the credit card too.I've not signed anywhere but still the bill of credit card comming to me. Is it possible without receving the credit card transaction may occur for anything.

Tale:-Firstly I've received a call from Icici bank Chennai in January 2008 for credit card creation I said "yes".After sometime I again received a call from chennai regarding credit card and she also suggested me for Icici lombard general insurance. After telling about that she asked R u interested ?? I said "yes".

after 15 days I receved an call by a person that Please take your credit card but I denied with him that I've no need of that credit card now.Now the bills are comming regularly wherease I've no cerdit card. I had made call many times but nothing is happening positive.Today I again got the bill of Rs:- 6676.999

NOTE:- I've not filled any form and not signed to anywhere.

Neither for icici credit card nor for Icici lombard.So please do something positive in my favor.
