I ordered a camera from them and was immediately called back saying that 'I' forgot to order the battery that came with all the other web sites. It cost $80 more. A day later I tried to cancel my order and was transferred to 'customer service' the phone rang for 15 mins before I gave up. This is a bait and switch operation. Its ads are unfair; its customer service is non-existanant. You are unable to cancel an order. There are many many sites and other complaints out there. How does this get to go on? This is criminal activity. Put them out of business and get my $80 back. This is not just me I was surprised at how many other people are out there that had the same rip off. These people are criminals I'd like to tell you what a terrible experience I've had so far with your company. I decided to use you because you had the ""lowest"" price. Turns out you do get what you pay for, bad service, incorrect statements, and what I consider a bait and switch. I ordered a camera for $109.00 and then was called and told that "I" forgot to order a battery with it. I assume it came with a battery and would work out of the box. I never saw anything on your website that said batteries were extra. So $80 later my $109 camera is now $189. Then I'm told that it will ship in 3 days. I ordered the camera Tuesday and 3 days later I still do not have a tracking number and will not get one until four days after I placed my order. I called your customer service dept at 6:40 on Thursday and was transferred and the phone rang for 15 mins before I hung up. I'll be contacting the Better business bureau and the Attorney generals office to file a compliant. I'd like to know how I can return this without more issues and get my money back. I'll be contacting my bank to put a stop payment on this transaction as well. Just terrible. I can't believe people put up with this and as far as your 100% satisfaction guarantee? What's the guarantee? I'd like to know.
