FloorUS NO DELIVERY

I paid FloorUS over $3000 for some honey rose kempas flooring. The flooring was never delivered and no refund was paid.

When I call or e-mail FloorUS they always either hang up or promise a full refund "tomorrow". The actual refund is never paid. In retrospect this was simply a delaying tactic by FloorUS to get past the 45-day PayPal complaint window. They also have an Ebay store under the name hopgetter. I was simply ripped-off.
