Poor customer service

Wallpaper Wallpaperwholesaler.com , TN US http://www.wallpaperwholesaler.com/ On May 20, I ordered two different wallpapers. The first came without problem, the second was unavailable for shipment as it had to be reproduced by the manufacturer. They estimated shipment as 8/29. I agreed. On 8/19 I received a call at home telling me that the manufacturer was no longer going to make this so they would issue a refund. On 8/28 I called as I had not received a refund...customer service sent me to a man named Ken who processed the credit for me. I asked why it had not been processed when they called me a week and a half before. He said the call was only on 8/19. I pointed out it was 9 days ago and he said that the refund had to go through several processes...yet he assured me this refund would show on my credit card within 48 hours. It was very suspicious that they didnt issue the credit until I called...and how many people dont call or notice!
