PROPERTY NEGLECT BY COLDWELL BANKER LOWERING NEIGHBORHOOD PROPERTY STANDARDS AND VALUE

COLDWELL BANKER REAL ESTATE COLDWELL BANKER REAL ESTATE VILLA PARK, IL 60181 US Coldwell Banker who is selling a home on my block, is responsible for property neglect resulting in a downtrodden look that reflects poorly on the entire neighborhood. Were it not for the efforts of neighbors and personal expenditure of time, effort and fuel, the property would be a prairie...it harbors a slew of rabbits which pose a danger to neighborhood gardens and pets. It's bad enough that neighbors have weeds encroaching on their gardens and lawns...but the property reflects poorly on the entire community. It's time we take realtors to task for the greed and sloth of which they are guilty for which the community suffers...they do not wish top maintain the property, but I'm sure they'll not be sharing their commission when it does sell with the neighbors who attempted to rein in the chaotic look. A realtor represents the seller. Until title is transferred the seller is still the owner and responsible for the appearance of the property. If you were selling your home would you expect your agent to come and mow your lawn for you. Please!
