5 Music Vouchers BMG Music Cliub US http://bmg.com I am soo angry right now..we have been great customers in this club..we only missed two payments, but immediately paid in full when we discovered we had missed both payments... BMG gave us 5 music vouchers..for 4 free cds each..we ordered some cds paid for them then they honered the last voucher we used instead the first one..we received the music paid for the shipping as promised..then nothing else was heard..so I sent them a complaint about the other 4 free vouchers not being honored..I heard nothing back..so since we had a 0 balance due I sent them another email informing them since they were not planning on honoring their vouchers and sending us our 16 free cds I wished to be removed from their club in full..30 mins later I received an email informing me I had been unregistered from the club..they never had any intentions of honoring those vouchers it was just a ploy to get me to order from them..their loss, I love music and would have stayed in their club and continued to order from them as long as they did right by me..I was awarded those free vouchers because of my ordering and payment history at least that was the story I was told when I received them..DO NOT JOIN BMG ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY..THEY WONT HONOR THEIR VOUCHERS OR PROMISES!! Can you say RIP OFF! From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Thursday, 28-Aug-08 13:21:58 CDT Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This Comment On ThisI had decided to give BMG another chance so I placed a large order and received a email stating I could no longer order from them it also said this on their website..I thought good your loss..I went back a few weeks later to make sure they cancelled my account I found not only did they send me the 15 cds I was suppose to get free, but they billed me for them..to date I have not received these selections and when I do I'll be honest unlike them and send them back..they said I could not order anything from them then they turn around and send me my free selections and bill me for them and they expect me to actually keep them and pay for them..what nerve!!
