SBC/AT&T email service nightmare!

After 3 months of ERROR CODE 5 which disallowed access to my email, I cancelled my $15 monthly account. I was assured I would have 90 days to transfer all my files, emails,... to another FREE Yahoo! email account. I am on the phone WAITING STILL to deal with this. It is now over 1 hour, disconnections, transfers and then told to call another number.
