H&R Block

The date isn't exact..but it was around then..We had gone out looking for a tax book to help us with filing..I do my own taxes and a Friends as well..I looked all over for a book, but could not find one anywhere..I went into H&R Block and asked if they would let me look in their book for two totals I needed..the Woman said she'd have to find one so she disappeared into the backroom we watched her talking with someone behind the door then she came out made a face and said "we don't have a book for 2007" I gave her a knowing half smile and said "you do taxes here and you don't have 2007 tax book???..oh come on Lady just tell us the truth we can't look at your book" shaking my head as we walked to the door I said "yea this place really lives up to it's bad reputation" I then went to Amscot explained my problem the Woman not only got the book for me she looked the info up wrote down the figures for me told me what to put where on the form..I thanked her told her about H&R Block she laughed and said "pathetic" I told her we would be back and we have been..now that's Customer Service..H&R Block is dishonest steer clear of them!!
