I have a Master Protection Agreement with Sears My washer conked out on 8/14 so I called the sme day for an appointment. The earliest date available was 8/23 The person never showed even though 0n 8/23 at 5pm he stated he was definetly coming. I am having trouble rescheduling I have been given false information, dates for service that are not registered, phone numbers where no one answers, have no idea what people are writing in the computer, have been told the Business District Manager will give me a call-have not heard from him yet & I can not talk to the president or Tech Manager. This is not the firt time where I have had to wait for service, only to have no one show and have to reschedule at Sears convenience. Right now all I know is Sears is taking my money,is giving me the run around & has provided me with very poor service. Is there anyway you can help me?
