Ripped off by the shop of about $1.800 after returning lousy crafted custom leather trousers for repair/checkout. Finish on the pants was bad, which I could have lived with, but the leather started tearing appart after wearing them like 8/10 times on pockets, laced front ('zipper') etc... Been sending dozens of email with almost no return and certainly no result (see below). It's been 2/3 years now...

I've never asked for any refund or remake (and if I did, must have been under uncontrolled anger...), just a repair. Now if it is not do-able, although sorry, I can understand.

Hi Jose,
How are you. We are a little perplexed by what you expect us to do with the
pants simply for the fact that you wore them for months before complaining
of shoddy craftsmanship. They are handmade pants. We would be more than
happy to return them to you as there isn't really anything we can do with them.
I can offer you a partial credit and send you some other items to make up
for any loss you feel on your end, but for the most part, a refund or a remake
after you had them for so long is not an option at this point. Please advise me on
your current address and current pant size.

Dear Mr. Martinez, You forgot to mention that you returned the leather pants after WEARING THEM FOR ONE YEAR. Custom orders are non-refundable. I will happily return your pants to you so that you can pay a tailor to repair the rips in the leather that were caused by you wearing pants that were stressed by your body for over a year. Here's a tip: IF you require further assistance on purchases, kindly refrain from insulting the maker if you wish to receive free repairs or any kind of acknowledgement. I do remember you and will not soon forget the measures you've taken to discredit the quality of our work. Not even the biggest artists we know do that even when we've had production problems with fabric, etc.,. Also, if you have any advice on running a small business and getting bombarded with over 700 orders in less than four months, please do extend me the courtesy of advising me on how to best handle it. We are artists with the best intentions, lucky enough to be embraced by good people all over the world who understand our situation. Everyone either gets their order, cancels it or receives a refund, but NOT AFTER WEARING THE ITEM FOR A YEAR AND THEN WANTING THE GOODS FIXED. Best, D. Vachon
