I have had many problems with verizon

Verizon high speed dsl US www.verizon.net I would just like to warn people about verizon. It was my fault for not paying the bill on time so they suspended my account. This was all fine until i called up to try and fix the problem. I was on the phone for 3 and a half hours getting transfered to different departments. Come to find out they do not accept credit card over the phone or electronic funds. Then when I tried to log into my account to pay online it was disabled. the only option i was told to fix this problem was to mail them a check or pay through there phone service and pay the additional $3.50 fee. This has happended to me in the past and think it i time that others know the problems i've had. If you are looking for a phone or internet service I would highly recommend looking into rcn or comcast first.
