Home Depot Online frequent cancelations

US I have made 3 online orders at Home Depot.com. 2 orders have ended up being canceled with no explanation and the other became an "unexpected" backorder, which seemed to never change status so I had to cancel. I don't know how many others this happens to, but felt others should know about this practice. I have never had any problems ordering online until I tried HomeDepot.com.
