INSTALLATION DAMAGES DIRECT TV US DIRECTV.COM TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE--THEY DAMAGE YOUR PROPERTY & MAKE YOU PAY FOR REPAIRS THEN TAKE 6-8 WKS TO REIMBURSE--COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. WE HAD SERVICE MOVED TO OUR NEW HOUSE--INSTALLER HIT 220 WIRE & 110 WIRE BLOWING OUT STOVE/OVEN & KITCHEN LIGHTS. ELECTRICIAN CAME & SAID WE WERE LUCKY IT DIDN'T BURN OUR HOUSE DOWN. ENDED UP HAVING TO HIRE ELECTRICIAN & PAY EXPENSES TOTALING $613.00 OUT OF MY POCKET. FILED CLAIM--ADJUSTER CAME NEXT DAY--NOW BEING TOLD THAT ADJUSTER HAS 10 DAYS TO TURN IN PAPERWORK AND IT WILL TAKE 4-6 WEEKS TO GET MY MONEY BACK AFTER THE PAPERS ARE DONE. THIS IS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE--THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS--THEY SHOULD BE PROVIDING THE ELECTRICIAN & PAYING FOR THE REPAIRS, NOT THEIR CUSTOMERS. NOW I AM OUT ALL THIS MONEY WHICH PUTS ME IN A FINANCIAL STRAIN UNTIL THEY GET AROUND TO CUTTING A CHECK. THIS IS TOTALLY MESSED UP.
