UPS Delivery Complaints

UPS delivery guys are too lazy to deliver my packages to my apt. Instead, they drop them all off at the office and they don't even bother to leave me a courtesy slip (too lazy) that they left my packages in the office.

I have repeatedly asked them NOT to leave packages in the office and they still do it anyways. They do not leave me a slip saying so and then I am home wondering where my packages are.

I have told our office not to accept packages from them. I am dealing with incompetent people here.

Is it too much to ask that for that I should be able to receive my own packages????? I should have the option to have them re-deliver or be able to pick up my own packages if I am not home. I do not want the office knowing my business and UPS has no right or business leaving my packages there.

I called UPS and all I get is a robot on the phone. I talked to a humane once and she could've cared less what my issue was. Where can I go to complain about lazy delivery drivers. I was home by the way on the day they delivered it to the office.

NO SLIP...NO PACKAGE...just lazy drivers. Tsk Tsk
