I purchased the GPS from a week ago for $214, yesterday I got an email from showing they dropped the price to $199.

I called and asked for a credit for the difference, they kept pointing to their price-match policy which HAS NOTHING TO DO with what I'm asking them.

I've talked to several reps and now waiting to hear from a higher-up that is supposed to call within 24-48hrs.

All big retailers have a policy that says that if THEIR OWN PRICE changes within 7-14 days from initial purchase then they will refund the difference.'s CSR's appear to not tell the difference.
