Warranty abuse

Three years ago we bought a dining room table and 6 light colored chairs. We bought the scotchguard warranty for five years. We have used it once a year ago on two chairs. Now we need to use it again on all the chairs and they refuse to do it. After much arguing, they are sending out a company to clean the chairs but then voiding our warranty. I would never buy anything at Walter E Smithe again. Totally dissatisfied with their customer service.
