Purchase of bedroom set

On May 27,2008 I charged $2116.00 on my visa to purchase bedroom set from bestbuydecor. Suppose to be in with 8 to 10 weeks. Called and talk to Jay, who said order should be coming in two weeks. Called today to check, website is down and no one answers phones. I had two numbers 1-866-834-2566 and a number Jay called me from 718-339-8634. I contacted Attorney Generals Office, they are sending me a form to file a complaint. Looks like I have been stiffed too.
