FTD Ruined Birthday

Floral Delivery FTD.com US www.ftd.com I placed an order for same-day delivery of a floral arrangement for my sister's birthday. The order was confirmed and scheduled. When I called later in the day to confirm the delivery, I found out that the florist had arbitrarily decided to reschedule the delivery for the following day - without contacting FTD (which they are required to do) or me, the paying customer. Needless to say this totally ruined the birthday gift for my sister and FTD could offer nothing to remedy the situation - not even the name of the florist who had messed up the order.
