I have two Volvo marine diesel engines of which one of them is fine, the other is a pain in the neck. The original engine was replace after 40 hours, its replacement had to be replaced also and the "rebuilt" original engine was re-installed. It leaks oil, won't come up to recommended speed and has a part that neither the boat manufacturer or Volvo claims to be theirs although it is part of the engine and painted in the same color. The local Volvo dealer has tried to repair it and doesn't seem to be getting anywhere. I'm frustrated, anygry and really annoyed.

Volvo Penta takes no responsibilty and is all about their own profit.

We should all hire an attorney and have a class action suit.
