Comcast Billing CRAP

The billing system is ridiculous and I have worked in the billing / telecommunication field for 10+ years. They are double billing for a single month - they pro rated on the second day of the billing cycle and because THEIR rep told us to pay the new amount and ignore the original charge which would be pro-rated, they are now charging us the difference for the pro-rated month i.e $60 for one days service. Service is good BUT BILLING IS CRAP AND THEIR BILLS ARE VERY DIFFICULT TO READ!!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED TEMPORARY CUSTOMER
