IOMagic Rebate is

I purchased hard drive in Nov. 2007. I mailed in rebate form in Dec. 2007. Today is Aug. 20, 2008 and I still do not have my rebate check. I have gotten every excuse possible since early March when I started calling them. Now, every time that I call "Lettie" tells me that the check will be in the mail that day or the next day... Roland (the supervisor) is currently working on it... but for some reason, they never actually printed or mailed. I've put in much more time and energy than this $23.00 rebate is worth... I will never purchase another item from IOMagic. How many other people finally gave up...

I will also follow up with the better business bureau and any other agency that will listen...
