Best Buy and their repair service

I have had my computer for about 2 1/2 years or so and purchased it at Best Buy in Newington Nh. I purchased the two year warranty. Within less than a year I had to bring it in because of boot up problems and freezing up. It was fixed under warranty. Then about 6 months later it was crashing and not starting. I brought it in again and it was the motherboard/processor. They sent it out for repair under warranty and it took about 3 weeks. they didn't call me when it came in, I had to call them and they had had it for a day. I wasn't too happy, but I didn't have to pay for it so I let it go. That was last August. Now my computer has done the same thing less than a year later, no longer under warranty, and they wouldn't repair it for me. So I had it shipped out to get an estimate. I called on the 6th of August to find out the estimate because no one had called me. They had an estimate of over $500 to repair something that costs less than $100. I laughed at them and told them no and to ship it back. A week later and I had to call them to find out if it was in and it is still not there. I will never buy another computer from Best Buy because all they care about is money. They had a bad phone number in the computer and never offered to take my new one when they said they would call me. I had to tell them to take a good number for me. Talk about service.
