washing machine

I am a first time Maytag washing machine owner. On June 2 I purchased a Maytag Performa series washing machine. On june 12 the rinse cycle had quit working. After the company I purchased washer from replaced it, on August 12 the water thermoset had quit working. On August 15 the thing quit working altogether. Took Maytag one and half weeks to send repairman and then was going to take 10 days to get parts. This machine is a piece of junk. And Maytag representative on phone could care less. Awful company and awful service. Will never purchase another Maytag product and will not recommend.
