False complaints

My complaint is with this site. As a business owner victimized by a false comlaint,I believe giving the person who files a complaint the option not to notify a business of the complaint posted, can only lead to false complaints. I my case it went unnoticed for almost six years before it was brought to my attention. A business should have the right on sites such as this to defend themselves.
