Best Buy extended service plan

Thid is an extended service plan we got on a room air conditioner. The machine has had a couple of repairs already. The most recent was the replacement of the motor. This machine has been out of commission for the entire summer season. This service department is sorely lacking. Numerous phone calls and wait times have been made to no avail. Our machine is still broken.
