there is no maytag man

This is my 4th service call from a&e for the same problem. In short the problem is with my maytag washer. The detergent dipenser drawer does not despense fabric softener. The first repairman basically told me that was the way it was supposed to work...not quite it fills the dispenser with water and then the fabric softener and water sit in the drawer until the next load and dumps it during the wrong cycle. After nothing was fixed on that trip they came out again. This time they ordered new parts. But also on this visit I was told they would be here between 8 and noon..they got here at 6:30 PM!!! It took more than a month for the parts to come in and be installed. Now that I have new parts the problem is worse! Not only is the original problem still here, now the drawer sticks and when I pulled it open it shot fabric softener all over me and far enough out that it ruined a part of my carpet!! (not to mention the outfit I was wearing)

Now I'm waiting for my 4th visit. It's 5:20 and I was quoted a time frame of 1-5.
