ZeeNext Broadband - got frustrated

I used a ZeeNext broadband at Bangalore. From the installation date the connection worked for only 10 days I could not even fully utilyse my first month’s subscription calls to ZeeNext customer care and to the local service provider yielded nothing. No service only despair frustration the worst service ever experienced.
