Aadarsh packers Movers is completely cheating customers

Hi,

We had a horrible experince with Aadarsh Movers & Packers.

We planned to shift luggage from Banglore to Chennai, we requested the Movers Packers person to come on Saturday.

According to the movers packers person, he told that Company Godown is available in chennai. we can place your luggage over there for 6 days of free of cost and then afterwards, it will be charged 150 per day. As we are new to Chennai, dont have house yet. we thought this is fine.

Once after the luggage is packed and moved to there corresponding office in Banglore, the person told we dont have that storage service, we will directly deliver to house. so we are disappointed, but the person told again that we can store luggage in banglore, whenver it is requested by you we will transfer the luggage. But bike we will transfer it tomorrow itself . Since we need bike over there ..we thought this is fine. He asked us to pay the entire amount now itself. so we payed it..and left our complete luggage over there trusting his words.

Once after going to chennai, we called to the mover& packers person..regarding bike transfer..then he told it is not possible for traferring bike alone..we will trasfer every thing all together...

Since we have complete luggage with him..we didnt quarrel with him...we struggled a lot with out bike for searching house in chennai.

So once after taking house in chennai, we called the movers packer person to trasfer the luggage. Once after seeing the luggage we are shocked..every thing is spoiled. nothing is in proper condition. few of the things are missing...when it came to bike..they had used it..and key is lost..and bike tank is completed spoiled..we are unable to start the bike..when we checked with mechanic..bike iginition lock set itself is missing..refrigerator condition is bad..

Its a horrible experince..dont opt for Movers and packers..especially Aadarsh Movers& packers. They dont understand the worth of a customer..Its a completely cheating process... The response will be different before paying money and after paying money
