Shell Vacation Club charges

We have belonged to Shell Vacation Club for several years, only purchased a small number of points because thats all we can use, time-wise. So far it's been ok but they will nit-pick you for every nickel they can get. We had an emergency come up and had to cancel a planned trip (over two months away) and had to pay a $25.00 "transaction fee". My advice is stay away from them.
