SAMSUNG Poor Service

Samsung new phone Omnia has lots of problems.

Worse than that, Samsung Singapore hotline is FAILING to provide support. had to wait 20hours for a return call from their staff.

Even worse the Customer Service Manager fails to return any calls.

What else can I do as a consumer ?

Stop buying Samsung products is one option.

I wish I had looked here prior to purchasing the Samsun Omnia. I had one for 23 days and had to replace it at Verizonwireless (yet another story of poor support). The problem is the phone audio portion failed. What next?
