IN Hi, My name is Anant. I have one ICICI lombart insurance policy. This policy linked with Crdit card. I have sent cancelation request to ICICI LOM. and they have sent me canceltion later. But still credit card section charge me EMI with inrest. Please suggest us can i go cunsumer court against the same.
